Payment is taken by Stripe on their secure page — card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Your card details never touch this website. Unused vouchers can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.

Gift Voucher Questions

What does a gift voucher cover?
A whole session with Liam — the full 3, 4, 6, 8, 10 hour sittings are all available — so the person you're gifting has nothing to pay on the day. Vouchers are for Liam's own black and grey realism work at the Chapeltown studio, as described on this website.
How does the recipient use it?
The voucher email has a 'Book your session' button. They enter their code on the website, see Liam's live calendar for that session, and pick a date — no deposit needed, because the voucher has already paid for the session in full.
How long is a voucher valid for?
12 months from the date of purchase. The expiry date is printed on the voucher. The session needs to be booked and take place before it expires.
Can I send it on a specific date?
Yes. Choose 'send it on a particular day' and the voucher email goes out that morning, UK time — handy for birthdays and Christmas.
Can vouchers be refunded?
An unused voucher can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase — just email the studio. After that vouchers are non-refundable and can't be exchanged for cash. Once a session has been booked with a voucher, the studio's normal 72-hour rescheduling and no-show terms apply.
What if they want a longer session than the voucher?
No problem — they book the session on the voucher and arrange the difference with Liam. Vouchers can't be split across several sessions.
