About the shorts

What is a Short?
About twenty seconds from one sitting: the stencil on the skin, a fade, then the wipe-down that shows the finished tattoo. Music only, no talking. On a cover-up it starts with the old tattoo.
Is the finished tattoo really done in one sitting?
Yes. Each Short is one sitting, from the stencil in the morning to the wipe-down at the end of the day. The length of the sitting is on each Short's own page.
Can I watch the whole session?
Where a sitting also has a full session film, its Short links straight to it. The session films are a minute or so long and show the work as it builds, with a few words from me.

The session films follow a piece from the stencil to the finished tattoo, a minute or so each. Sessions run in my private studio in Chapeltown, Sheffield, one client at a time.
