Biomechanical shock absorber tearing through the calf

Torn skin opening up on the back of the calf to show a shock absorber and pipework underneath, a nod to the Six Million Dollar Man. A Yorkshire rose is hidden on the plate at the base of the spring.

The tear follows the shape of the calf muscle, so the machinery looks like it's doing the work as the leg moves, and the ripped edges curl round the sides of the leg.
