An American road-trip leg sleeve with Elvis at the heart of it, leaning over the wheel beneath the Las Vegas welcome sign.
Elvis and Vegas take the thigh, the Route 66 shield sits on the knee, then a road lined with palm trees leads down the shin to a classic Cadillac heading towards the ankle.
Done for Shane, built up over several sittings.
