Pennywise, Tim Curry's clown from IT, on the thigh
Pennywise as Tim Curry played him in the 1990 version of IT, mid-snarl with those pale eyes and the sharp teeth showing.
The tufts of hair spread out to either side and the ruffled collar sits underneath, so the whole face fills the space. Fresh off the needle here, with a little of the stencil still showing at the edge.
