Vampire woman and 13-hour clock inner arm sleeve
A fully custom piece: a clock face with 13 hours instead of 12, a candle on top melting down into the moon, and a vampire woman in front of it reaching out towards you.
It runs the length of the inner arm down to the wrist, with bats in the sky and a spider and web near the wrist finishing it off, so it reads top to bottom.
Done for Paul in one 8-hour sitting.
